摘要
以磷高效、耐铝毒的大豆双抗品种BX10及双感对照品种BD2为试材,采用水培方式研究低磷和铝毒胁迫对大豆体内活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,低磷和铝毒胁迫均提高大豆细胞膜透性及O2.-、H2O2、MDA含量,降低SOD、CAT、POD、APX活性,且BD2的增减量大于BX10;低磷处理对APX活性,叶片细胞膜透性及CAT、POD活性和H2O2含量影响较大,而铝毒处理对O2.-、MDA含量,SOD活性,根部细胞膜透性及CAT、POD活性和H2O2含量影响较大。
With the aim to explore the relationship of tolerance to phosphorus deficiency and aluminum toxicity with reactive oxygen metabolism,hydroponic culture system was adopted to investigate the effects of phosphorus deficiency and aluminum toxicity on contents of reactive oxygen metabolism in seedling of soybean BX10 and BD2. The results indicated that the effects of relative conductivity and the content of O2^-, H2O2 and MDA increased, but the activities of SOD, CAT, POD, APX decreased in both of them under phosphorus deficiency and aluminum toxicity. The quality of BD2 was higher than that of BX10. Phosphorus deficiency played a lager part in APX activity as well as relative conductivity, the activities of CAT, POD and H202 concentration in leaf,while Aluminum toxicity in O2^- and MDA concentration, SOD activity and relative conductivity, the activities of CAT, POD and H2O2 concentration in root.
