四川棉区转基因抗虫棉对棉田昆虫群落的影响

Effect of Transgenic Cotton on the Population Dynamics of Insect in Sichuan Cotton Region

采用系统调查方法,研究了在转基因抗虫棉的棉田害虫群落情况。结果表明:在四川棉区,转基因抗虫棉对棉田昆虫群落组成无影响。转基因抗虫棉能有效控制棉铃虫、棉红铃虫等鳞翅目害虫的发生数量,并将其种群控制在较低水平;转基因抗虫棉对棉田中棉蚜、红蜘蛛的群落数量无影响,但蝽类的群落数量比常规棉田高。

The population dynamics of main insects and their natural enemies in transgenie insect-resistant cotton fields in Siehuan province, PRC were systematieally studied. The results showed that lepidopterous pests, such as boll worm （Helicoverpa armigera Hubner）and pink worm （ Pectinophora gossypiella Saunders ） were controlled effectively by transgenic cotton and kept at low population. No impact on the population of cotton aphid（Aphis gossypii Giover）and spider mites （ Tetranychus cinnatarinus Boisduval ）was recorded, but the number of stink bugsin（Lygus lucorum） transgenic cotton field was higher than that of traditional cotton field.
