摘要 将黄瓜6个亲本,按照完全双列杂交配制30个杂交组合,用Hayman分析方法估计果长、把长、横径、单果重、单株结果数等果实性状的遗传参数。Wr对Vr的回归分析表明,果长、把长、横径、单果重、单株结果数的遗传符合"加性-显性"模型。Wr+Vr与Yr的相关性分析表明,单株结果数呈负相关,说明含有更多显性基因的亲本具有较小的Wr+Vr值;果长、把长、横径、单果重呈正相关,说明含有更多显性基因的亲本具有较大的Wr+Vr值。遗传参数估算表明,把长、单株结果数、单果重的遗传加性效应方差小于显性效应方差;果长、横径的遗传是加性效应方差大于显性效应方差。 Six cucumber parents were used to produce 30 combinations by crosses. Genetic parameters for five fruit characters were estimated according to Hayman' s method. Analysis of regression Wr against Vr indicated that inheritance of fruit length ,fruit stalk length ,fruit width, weight of per fruit and the fruit number of per plant conformed to the ' additive-dominant' model. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between Wr+Vr and Yr in the fruit number of per plant, It implied that the parents possessing more dominant genes had lower Wr+Vr values. However, there was a positive con'elation between Wr+Vr and Yr in fruit length, fruit stalk length, fruit width and weight of per fruit ,which meaned that the parents possessing mere dominant genes had higher Wr+Vr values. Estimation of the genetic parameters showed that the dominant variance was greater than the additive variance for fruit stalk length,weight of per fruit and the fruit number of per plant, while the additive variance was greater than the dominant variance for fruit length and fruit width.
