摘要
用白芨种子无菌播种,实生苗进行增殖、生根研究,结果表明:种子成熟度对种子的萌发影响较大,促进种子萌发的培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 1 mg/L;丛芽增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.15 mg/L,丛芽增殖系数可达2.88,生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+香蕉泥75 g/L。
Multiplication of duster shoots and rootage of plantlets was investigated after the axenie semination. The results indicated that the relationship between embryo age and the germination rate of the Bletilla striata was dose. The best medium for the bourgeoning of the Bletilla striata seeds was 1/2MS ＋6-BA 1 mg/L,and MS ＋6-BA1.0 mg,/L ＋ NAA 0.15 mg/L was the best proliferation medlum,giving a proliferation rate of 2. 88.1/2 MS ＋ NAA 0. 5 rng/L ＋ banana 75 g/L was favorable for roofing and the vigorous growth of the induced shoots.
