摘要
本文依据GenBank上所收录的猪繁殖与呼吸综合症(PRRS)所有ORF5序列信息,通过以地域为依据进行划分,并选取各地代表菌株的此段序列,通过clustalx、MEGA、treeview等程序,对其进行了序列比对,并以此建立起系统发育树分析四川高发蓝耳病病毒毒株的种属属性。研究结果证实,四川发生繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒毒株系美洲株系。同时也通过对所收录的两条四川不同毒株0RF5序列进行的比较,证实了猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒毒株其ORF5序列的高变异性。
Based on the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (blue ear disease, PRRS) ORF5 sequence information which axe included in GenBank, the ORFS of the PRRS from different area in Sichuan was compared by clustalx, MEGA and trcevlew, a phylogenetic tree which was used to analyze the species attributes of high incidence blue ear disease virus strains in Sichuan was established. The results showed that the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus strains in Sichuan belonged to the Inter-American lines. At the same time, the comparison of ORF5 sequence of two different strains in Sichuan,confirmed that the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus strains ORF5 sequence was high variability.
