摘要
从长期堆积羽毛废弃物的土壤中分离到1株高效降解羽毛角蛋白的菌株JJD-1,该菌株能在以羽毛为唯一碳氮源的培养基上生长。克隆了该菌的16S rDAN序列(GenBank接受号:FJ765512),并以其同源性为基础构建了相关属种的系统发育树。结果表明,16S rDAN序列全长1489 bp,BLAST显示该菌株与微杆菌属同源;JJD-1菌株在进化关系上也与微杆菌属(Microbacterium)聚成一族。特别是与Microbacteriumsp.YK18的同源性最高,其序列相似性达99%。结合形态学、生理生化特征,将其鉴定为微杆菌属,命名为Microbacteriumsp.JJD-1。该研究结果为研究和应用微生物降解羽毛提供了新的菌种来源。
A strain JJD-1 degrading feather bacteria was isolated from poultry farm soil ,which could grow in mineral medium containing chicken feather as sole carbon and nitrogen source. The 16S rDAN gene sequences far strain JJD-1 was amplified and sequenced. The results shorted that the complete 16S rDAN gene sequence was 1489 bp. A phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing the 16S rDAN sequence with other relative bacteria species in the GenBank database. In the phylogenetic tree the strain JJD-1 ,Microbacterium sp. YK18 constitute a branch with the similarity value 99 %. According to morphological,physiological ,biochemical characteristics and phylogencfie analysis,the strain JJD-1 was identified as Microbacterium sp. JJD-1 ,which is a navel feather-degrading strain for the study and application of feather waste.
