摘要
茶多酚是一种新型的天然抗氧化剂,在食品加工、医药、日用化工等领域具有重要的应用价值,茶多酚的提取和应用研究成为国内外"绿色工程"的热点之一。本文重点介绍以绿茶为原料,采用一种新的复合型金属离子沉淀剂提取茶多酚以及茶多酚的应用前景。
Tea polyphenols, a new natural antioxidant, has important applications in food industry, medicaments and chemical products for daily use. Its extraction and applications have become one of hot topics in developing green engineering at home and abroad. A new ion-coprecipitating agent to extract tea polyphenols from a green tea and the application prospect of tea polyphenols was introducted in detail in this paper.
