近红外光谱法快速测定山核桃品质性状的研究 被引量:10

摘要 本试验对近红外光谱技术预测山核桃中粗脂肪和蛋白质含量进行了定标方程研究。定标就是建立常法测定值与近红外光谱值之间的相关关系。山核桃中的粗脂肪用索式抽提法进行测定,蛋白质用凯氏定氮法测定,用近红外光谱仪收集样品的光谱数据,用多元线性回归法建立经典法测定值与光谱值之间的相关关系。定标结果表明,粗脂肪的相关系数高达0.99,变异系数为0.83,经检验测试证明其定标方程具有良好的预测性能,因此近红外光谱技术可用于日常快速准确地测定山核桃中粗脂肪含量。 Experiments were conducted to investigate the prediction of oils and protein contents of with C. Cathayensis Sargent with NIRS. Oils were analyzed by the classical method. The protein were analyzed by the Kjeldahl method. The results demonstrated the coefficient of correlation(r) was 0.99 between NIRS predicted and actual determinations of oils in C. cathayensisSargent. The coefficient of variation was 0.83. Therefore,NIRS offered a effective method of speed analysis.
