摘要
借鉴国内外发泡器的原理,利用文丘里管的动静压转化特性,设计了三相泡沫发生装置,通过大量实验取得了发生装置的最优参数。多次应用表明,该装置设计较为成功,结构简单,不需外接动力即可运行,能适应不同固体粒径,产生的三相泡沫防治煤炭自燃效果良好。
Considering the foam generator design principle, using the characteristic of hydraulic dynamic - static transformation in ven- turitube, three - phase foam device was designed and achieved its optimum parameter. Applications indicated that the design of device is more successful, simple structure, no additional powered device, suitable for slurry with different size particles, etc. The effect of three - phase foam generated by the device is excellent for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal mine.
