摘要
以通用有限元软件ANSYS为工具,以板件宽厚比、开孔率为主要影响参数,通过大量有限元分析结果,拟合得出了中间开单圆孔和方孔方形板单向均匀受压作用下极限承载力的近似计算公式,并在开方孔板的基础上建立了开矩形孔板承载力的近似计算公式,还通过对比验证了用外包矩形孔来代替几种常见异型孔进行有限元分析的可行性。此外,研究了不同纵向间距和水平间距时,孔洞存在对开孔板件极限承载力的影响,并总结得出了单排、双排和三排开孔板件承载力的近似计算方法。
Numerical simulation with the finite element software ANSYS was performed by using the plate slenderness and opening size as two main parameters. Analyzing the large number of results, a simplified calculated method of square plates with circular and square openings was proposed. Also, a simplified calculated method of plates with rectangular openings was proposed on the basis of plate with square holes. By comparing the results of plates with square openings with plates with anomalistic openings, an approximate method of these plates with anomalistic openings was developed. The simplified calculated methods of plates with single, two, and three line openings were presented finally.
