新旧建筑桩基技术规范内容对比

Comparative Analysis between New and Old Version of Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations

摘要 通过对比《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ 94—2008)与《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ 94—94),指出了08规范的设计思想:考虑桩-土-上部结构共同作用,采取变刚度调平设计原则。变刚度调平设计是采用不同桩长、桩间距、甚至局部桩基等措施调整基础的刚度,使之与上部结构刚度相协调,从而达到减少基础的差异变形、降低承台和上部结构次内力的目的。同时,列出了08规范增加、调整、取消的内容,并做了简要说明,以供广大工程人员快速掌握08规范较94规范的变化,在今后的项目实施中遵守新规范规定。 There are many new provisions and modifications in new version of Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations (JGJ 94--2008 ), meanwhile some terms are canceled. The principle of pile foundations design was pointed out, which was optimized design of pile foundation stiffness to reduce differential settlements. At the same time, the differences of Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations (JGJ 94-- 2008 ) and brief descriptions were presented by comparing the version 08 with the version 94. So engineers can use the new code conveniently.
