做好国防生教育管理工作的几点思考

Consideration on the education and management of National Defense Students

自依托培养工作实施以来,我们对国防生教育管理工作做了许多有益的探索,也总结了一些经验,但随着此项工作的深入发展,国防生数量逐渐增多,给国防生的教育管理工作带来了新的情况。因此要准确定位、熟悉特点,讲究方法,才能引导他们成为一名共和国的"准军人"。

We have done many beneficial explorations on the education and management of National Defense Students since the implementing of cultivation which relies on universities, and we have summarized some experiences. But with the cultivation going deeper, as well as the number of National Defense Students increasing gradually, some new circumstances have been brought to the education and management of National Defense Students. Therefore, we need to locate with veracity, be familiar with characteristics, be strict with methods, so as to guide them turning into ＂quasi army men＂ of our Republic.
