采用超滤法制备感冒康注射液,通过对质量进行控制来探究超滤法制备注射液的可行性,并对其制剂的澄明度、有效成分含量测定、pH值、杂质检查、无菌检查、安全试验进行检查.结果表明,所有试验均符合中国药典(2005年版)规定,所建立的超滤法可用于感冒康注射液的制备,且方法简便、快速.

Ultraliltration method is used to prepare cold injection. By conducting quality control, the feasibility of preparing coId injection with ,uhrafiltration method is discussed, and the clarity of its agents, determination of active ingredients, pH, impurities inspection, sterility, security are checked. Results show that all experiments are in line with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2005 edition）. Ultrafiltration can be used for cold injection preparation. The method is rapid and simple.
