TiAl基复合摩擦材料的制备

摘要 采用机械球磨及退火工艺制备TiAl金属间化合物粉体。向TiAl粉体中添加适量CaF2、BaF2和MoS2复合固体润滑剂,在1 250℃、30 MPa真空热处理炉中保压处理30 min,制备出新型TiAl基复合摩擦材料。当润滑剂添加量为摩尔分数x=20%、n(CaF2)∶n(BaF2)∶n(MoS2)=1∶1∶4时,试样的最优摩擦因数μ=0.21,磨损率为0.35×10-5mm3N-1m-1。 TiAl intermetallics were prepared by a combined processing of mechanical alloying and annealing. Adding proper CaF2, BaF2 and MoS2 composite solid lube to TiAl powder, the novel TiAl - based composite fricition material was prepared by hot - press sin tering in vacuum at 1 250 ℃ ,30 MPa for 30 min. When the mole fraction of total amount of lubricant is x = 20% and n( CaF2 ); n( BaF2 ): n (MoS2 ) = 1: 1:4, the optimal average coefficient of friction of specimens is μ = 0.21 and the average wear rate is 0.35×10^-5mm^3N^-1m^-1.
