摘要
将高锰酸钾(KMnO4)与聚合硅铁(PSI)以一定物质的量比nM∶nFe(M、Fe分别表示KMnO4、PSI)同时投入到黄河水中进行混凝实验,研究高锰酸钾加入量对PSI混凝性能的影响及机理。结果表明,高锰酸钾的加入对PSI除浊性能影响不大,但能使CODMn去除率大幅提高,nM∶nFe对去除有机物的最佳配比在0.047-0.066。加入高锰酸钾后其氧化作用和PSI的混凝作用有机结合,形成的絮团尺寸显著增大、密实、易于下沉,提高了有机物去除效果。
Jar test by using certain molar ratio of potassium permanganate to poly silicon iron (PSI) (that is nM∶nFe, in which M and Fe represent KMnO4 and PSI,respectively) in treating Yellow River was done,and the influence of the addition amount of potassium permanganate on coagulation efficiency and mechanism of PSI was studied. The results show that the addition of potassium permanganate has little influence on turbidity removal,while improves the removal of CODM, greatly. The optimum of nM∶nFe molar ratio for removing organic matters is from 0.047 to 0.066. After the addition of potassium permanganate, the organic combination of its oxidation with the coagulation of PSI makes the flocks large, dense and easy to drop, leading to the promotion of organic compound removal.
