发动机上附件传动机构空中失效原因分析

摘要 通过一台АИ-24型发动机的上附件传动机构的失效导致的空中故障分析,确认上油雾分离器安装座内的原产2A7000105Б球轴承的破坏是导致上部附件装置停止工作、发动机空中人工顺桨停车的肇事者。为此,维修公司在大修中采取了更换新轴承、加强质量监控等预防措施,至此该部位再未发生过类似故障。 The failed upper accessory drive of the an24 aeroengine damaged in air was analyzed,and the troublemaker was determined as the 2A7000105b ball bearing,made in the former USSR,which was mounted in upper airoil separator mounting baseWhen the bearing was out of order,the upper accessory drive will stop working,and finally,the engine should be out in air after handfeatheringAfter we adopt a series of measures such as replacing the bearings by new ones,and reinforcing corresponding quality control etc,similar troubles hasn′t occurred in this place
