摘要
商业建筑是当前面积及仅次于居住建筑的第二大建筑门类,是城市建筑中量最大、面最广、涉及到千家万户居民日常生活的建筑类型。它是城市社会经济的窗口,反映城市物质经济生活和精神文化风貌,而购物环境作为商业建筑的一个主要部分,有必要首先对它的设计趋势进行分析,以便更好地创造赏心悦目的商业环境。
The commercial construction, with its area inferior to the housing construction's, is is biggest in the quantity, broadest in the scope and to involve to everyone resident daily life in the urban architecture. It is the window of social economy in city, which reflects the urban material economic life and the energetic cultural style. Also, the shopping environment takes a main part in the commercial construction, so we should analyze its design tendency, in order to create the pleasant business environment.
