Research and Design of Question and Answering System for Web-Based Course

以往的答疑系统基本上是内建于课程平台之内,不利于系统向专业化方向发展,信息搜索功能也存在一定的缺陷,并且缺乏对答疑效率的关注。为此,将开放体系结构与协作学习模式作为答疑系统建构的基础模型,将电子邮件和MSN消息实时发送运行于信息反馈过程,将全文检索、中文分词技术运用于信息查询过程,设计了一种基于协作学习模式、信息动态反馈机制和智能分词技术的网络答疑系统。

The existing question and answering systems are almost integrated in the web-based course platform, it is disadvantage for the system getting perfect. The searching functions of these systems have certain defects. This paper uses an open system structure and cooperative learning model as the basement of the question and answering system. Then, email and msn message can be timely sent to information feedback process, the full-text index and Chinese word segmentation technology are used in the searching process. Finally, a new type of web-based question and answering system is designed based on cooperation learning model, dynamic information feedback mechanism and intelligent word segmentation technology.
