以就业为导向的高职教育"双师型"师资队伍建设,要求教师除了要有教育教学能力外,还必须具有实践经验和应用能力。高职院校要依据"双师型"教师的内涵、素质以及特征,采取多种方法加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。

＂ Double type＂ teachers＂ training in higher vocational education requires the teachers not only master teaching methodology, but also practical experience and applied ability. The higher vocational colleges must enhance the teachers＇s training with variety of method according to the connotation and quality requirement of ＂double type＂ teachers.
