摘要
1994年我国开始了足球职业化进程,在16年的改革过程中折射出一个显著的特点就是教练员"下课"现象频繁.分析得知,联赛成绩、职业足球运行环境的不规范、俱乐部短期行为及缺乏长效机制等因素是导致主教练下课的主要因素.并对主教练如何应对压力更好地担当起角色提出建议.
In 1994 our country started the soccer professionalism advancement, reflects a remarkable characteristic in 16 years reform process is the trainer ＂finishes class＂ the phenomenon to be frequent. The analysis knew that the professional soccer movement environment the standard, the league tournament result, the club short- term behavior and lack factors and so on persistent effect mechanism cause the primary factor which head coach finishes class. And how to deal with the pressure to head coach to take on the role to put forward the proposal well.
