摘要
研究了双峰时效对7055铝合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明:7055铝合金采用双峰时效制度处理时,其性能峰值出现在135℃/16h+190℃/10min,这时,抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率分别达到695 MPa、658 MPa、14%.
The effects of two-peak aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy were investigated. Results indicate when the peak quantity property of 7055 aluminum alloy property turn up, two-peak aging treatment is 135 ℃/16h+ 190℃/10min. Then, the yield strength is 695 MPa,the ultimate strength is 658 MPa ,and the elongation is 14%.
