摘要
以月桂醇、马来酸酐和亚硫酸钠为原料,合成了月桂醇马来酸单酯磺酸钠.结果表明:酯化反应最佳工艺系件为n[月桂醇]:n[马来酸酐]=1.00:1.05,催化剂烷基磺酸的用量为物料总量的1%(质量分数),于80℃下单酯化反应3 h,得产率大于98%的单酯化产物.磺化反应条件以加浓度为30%的NaHSO3水溶液,其加入量为马来酸酐物质的量的1.10倍,加热温度90℃下磺化反应4h最佳.产物以IR进行表证,结果表明为预期产物.
Sodium sulfosuccinate Laurie alcohol Mono Ester was synthesized by Laurie alcohol ,maleic anhydride and sodium bisulfite. The optimum esterification reaction condition was when the mole ration of Lauric alcohol and maleie anhydride was 1.00 : 1.05 , catalyst was Methanesulfonic acid, whose weight was 1.0 % Of the total reaction material weight and the reaction temperature was 80℃ ,time Was 3h,the productyield was over 98% . The best sulfonation reaction conditions was adding 30% sodium bisulfite water solution whose amount was 1.10 times as much as maleie anhydride in molar, and the reaction time was 4h under 90℃ . The product was identified by IR.
