男子跳高选手最好成绩与失败高度的最后两步助跑技术的生物力学分析 被引量:5

摘要 背越式跳高助跑最后两步的技术动作对跳高起跳的效果有着重要的影响。而跳高运动员试跳中最好成绩高度和最终失败高度是两种极限高度。运用三维摄影解析和运动学的方法,对我国优秀男子跳高运动员最好成绩高度和最终失败高度最后两步助跑技术进行研究,并参照国际优秀男子跳高运动员的技术参数进行对比分析,发现我国男子跳高运动员存在助跑速度过低、失败高度倒1步步长偏小的现象。 The technical movements of last two run-up steps of fosbury flop have an important effect on the high jump take-off. The best result and the final failing height of high jump athletes in attempts are two kinds of limits of height. This paper studies the technical movements of the last two run-up steps of the best result and the failing height of Chinese men's high jump by the methods of three-dimensional photograph analysis and kinematics; and makes a comparative analysis in the light of the technical parameters of the international great male high jump athletes. It finds out that the run-up speed of Chinese men' s high jump athletes is slow, and the last step in the failing height is comparatively short.
