跳远起跳技术的运动学研究综述

Literature Review of the Kinematical Study of the Long-Jump Take-off

应用文献资料和逻辑分析法,从跳远起跳技术的运动学研究方向、运动学研究方法、运动学指标等角度对跳远起跳技术研究进行综述。认为,近年对于跳远的研究范围有所加大,研究深度有所加深,但对于跳远的研究还缺乏一些具有代表性的指标,许多指标相互重复,研究被复杂化,这不利于跳远研究的进一步深化。因此,努力实现跳远研究各项运动学指标的标准化、简洁化和代表性将更加有利于跳远运动研究。

This paper reviewed the study on long-jump take-off technique from the research direction, method and index of kinematics using literature review and logic analysis. Findings： the scope is a bit wider and the study is deepening; however, the lack of some typical indexes and the duplication of many indexes perplex the study. This does not facilitate the further study; therefore, to standardize the indexes of kinematics and make them more brief and typical will facilitate its further study.
