To construct a harmonious socialist society is the principal objective of the Chinese Com- munist Party. To achieve this goal, the Party must correctly cope with various relations of inter- ests under the condition of socialism so as to construct a harmonious relation of economic interests, which can serve as a foundation for the harmony of the whole society. In the new era of China＇s socialist construction, the key for developing a harmonious relation of interest is to implement the vision of scientific development.
