摘要
本文以北京市蔬菜供应情况为对象,应用灰色聚类方法对其供应安全进行评价。通过选取蔬菜供应数量及供应质量两方面的多个指标,以及确定白化权函数相关参数的取值,建立了一个评价北京市蔬菜供应安全的灰色评价模型。由灰色模型评价结果可以看出,目前北京市大型蔬菜批发市场的蔬菜供应安全程度较高,蔬菜来源稳定,质量检测结果较为令人满意,处在"非常安全"以及"安全"等级,而小型批发市场则存在蔬菜来源单一,菜品农药残留量检测周期较长等众多不安全因素,处于"不安全"的状态。
On the basis of Grey Clustering Evaluation Method, we choose vegetable supply actuality in Beijing as the object to do the evaluation. This paper uses several indexes of both supply quantity and quality, defines relevant whitening function and its parameters, builds and calculates the evaluation model, then gets the result which can reflect the vegetable supply security in Beijing. From the analy- sis, we can see that the vegetable security in large-scale wholesale is more safety than that of the small- scale ones in both quantity and quality aspects.
