男护生临床实习模式的探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Practice Pattern for Male Nursing Students

如今多数医学院校都招收男护生,但是自愿报考护理专业的男学生却非常少,最后留在护理岗位的就更少了。如何培养能适应现代社会需求而不被社会偏见、传统观念压倒的合格男护生,是教育者必须考虑的问题。临床实习在男护生培养过程中占有重要的地位,因此必须以临床实习为突破口,从男护生心理需求、科室安排、指导教师的选择等多方面进行调整和补充,才能调动男护生实习的积极性,从而取得较好的教学效果。

Nowadays most medical schools enrolls male nursing students, but few of the male students applies for nursing profession voluntarily and do not work as a nurse after graduation. How to train qualified male nurses to adapt themselves to modem society and not be overwhelmed by social bias and traditional ideas, is the problem which the educator should consider seriously. Clinical practice plays a very important part in the training of male nursing students and consequently the importance should be attached on the following： psychological needs of male students, their arrangement of divisions and supervisors, which could stimulate the male students＇enthusiam and thus achieve a better teaching effectiveness.
