本文通过对雷波县生态现状及生态环境治理与扶贫之间关系的分析,提出了以生态环境综合治理为钮带,实现扶贫与生态环境治理双赢局面的具体对策,具有较强的实践指导意义。

After analyzing Leibo County ecological status and the relationship between ecological environment governance and poverty alleviation, this paper put forward taking comprehensive management of the ecological environment for the bond to achieve win-win structure of poverty alleviation and ecological environment governance, which has strong practical guiding significance.
