民主党派是我国政党制度的实践主体,在全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会的历史进程中发挥着积极的重要作用,而高校又是民主党派成员和无党派人士集中的地方。如何更好地发挥民主党派的作用,是当前民族地区高校发展的要求,也是推动高校民主管理的现实需要。

Democratic Parties are the practice subject in the political party system of China, which take an important part in the historical process of building well-off and harmonious society. Colleges are concentrated places of members of the democratic parties and non-party personages, therefore, how to play a better role of Democratic Parties are not only the requirements of the development of colleges in Minority Areas, but also the immediate needs of promoting college democratic management.
