凉山州旅游资源开发与环境保护的法律对策

The Legislative Advice and Approach of Tourism Resource Exploitation and Environmental Protection in Liangshan

四川省凉山彝族自治州处于旅游业发展的起步阶段,研究其在旅游资源开发与环境保护中凸显的法律问题更具有现实借鉴意义。本文在实地考察、多方调研的基础上,对当地旅游资源开发利用与环境保护的现状作出描述、分析和评价,并提出相应的法律对策和建议。

Liangshan Yi people autonomous prefecture in Sichuan province is in the primary phase of tourism development. It is pragmatically meaningful to study the problems concerning laws which expose on the exploitation of tourism resource and the protection of environment in this place. This report provides demonstration, analysis and evaluation on the tourism resource exploitation place and environmental preservation in this area under local investigation and multiple researches. Furthermore, this report supplies relevant legislative advice and approaches.
