美国高等教育对我国高校教学改革的启示

Students' Ability Training of American Universities and Its Inspiration to Chinese Higher Education

本文通过借鉴美国高等学校近年来培养大学生能力的成功经验,提出改革我国高等学校教学方法、重视实践教学和提高我国大学生能力的若干建议。采取措施,把学生从繁重的课业负担中解放出来;改进讲授方法,实行启发式教学;切实重视实践性教学环节;创建良好的校园文化环境,引导学生在丰富多彩的课外校外活动中完善自己。

Using the successful experience of American universities in training students＇ability, this paper put forward some suggestions on Chinese higher education： First, we must take measures to set students free from the huge homework burden; Secondly, improve the instructing methods, and adopt heuristic teaching; The third, pay more attention to practical teaching; At last, the cultural environment of the campus should be optimized to guide students to prefect themselves in colorful extracurricular activities.
