摘要
在硝酸铝-醋酸钾分散系中,用乙醇浸提,采用可见光分光光度计测定桑葚汁、茱萸汁和沙棘汁3种果汁中的总黄酮含量。在波长500nm条件下,以芦丁为标准品做标准曲线得回归方程:Y=0.5705X-0.0065,R2=0.9995。分别测得桑葚汁中的黄酮含量为891.710mg/100mL、茱萸汁为147.349mg/100mL、沙棘汁为321.647mg/100mL。
Total flavonoids of mulberry juice, Comus officinalis juice and sea backthersse juice were determined by spectrophotometry after the samples were distilled by ethanol and dispersed in Al (NO3)3-CH3COOK. The detection wave length was set at 500 nm, and Luding was standard. The regression equation was Y=0.5705X+0.0065 ,R2=0.9995. The average content of total flavonoids in mulberry juice, comus officinalis juice and sea backthersse juice were 891.710 mg/100ml, 47.349 mg/100ml and 321.647 mg/100ml,respectively.
