摘要
用新鲜去离子水代替无氨水,微波密封消解COD快速测定仪微波消解代替高温高压消解,联合测定水中总氮、总磷。消解过程中以浓度为40g/L的过硫酸钾、6g/L的氢氧化钠为配比的碱性过硫酸钾溶液作为氧化剂,消解时间为12min。实验表明:此方法操作简便,标准统一,精密度和准确率较高,与标准方法无显著差异。
Determination conditions of total nitrogen and phosphrus in water useing alkaline potassium persulfate and microwave digestion were in- vestigated in this paper.The 40 g/L potassium persulfate and 6 g/L sodium hydroxide were used as oxidant. The time of digestion was 12 min. This method was novel, simple and precise, and has no significant difference compared to that of the standard method.
