摘要
综述了宇航精密仪表及零件用铝、钛、铍等金属和合金的尺寸稳定性,分析了影响尺寸稳定性的因素,并针对各种不同金属材料的特点,提出了改善尺寸稳定性的途径。
The dimensional stability of Al, Ti and Be used for precision instrument or parts of aerospace were discussed, the factors affecting dimensional stability are analyzed. According to the characteristics of various kinds of metal materials, the ways of improving dimensional stability were proposed.
