摘要
以1年生仿栗幼苗为实验材料,研究不同氮、磷、钾施肥配比对仿栗幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量叶片保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:施肥处理对仿栗幼苗的生理活性影响较大,施肥处理能显著提高仿栗叶片中叶绿素的含量,增加其潜在的光合能力;同时施肥处理对仿栗叶片内保护酶活性的影响表现为随物候期的变化,呈现先升高后降低的趋势,其中以处理N500P200K500的效果最好,保护酶的活性最高,叶片细胞膜的过氧化作用最弱,与不施肥处理形成显著性差异,这为通过施肥来提高仿栗的生长速率和抗逆性具有积极的作用.
Use 1 year old seedlings of Sloanea hemsleyana as experimental materials, to study the effect of fertilization on the content of chlorophyll and the activity of protective enzymes in leaves of S. hemsleyana. And the result is: fertilization can increase the content of chlorophyll, increase potential photosynthetic capacity, fertilization can also promote the activity of SOD, POD, and CAT, compare with the control treatments, N500P200K500 is the best treatment with significant difference, proper fertilization can accelerate the growth rate and increase the resistance of S. hernsleyana.
