螺旋转子NURBS建模与参数化设计

摘要 螺旋转子是螺杆压缩机的关键部件,而转子型线表达的不确定性,给其设计与制造带来了许多困难,为此采用NURBS构造螺旋转子端面型线及螺旋曲面通用表达式.在阐述三维CAD参数化建模方法的基础上,对NURBS曲面螺旋转子参数化建模的基本步骤与实现方法进行了比较深入的分析.在三维CAD平台SolidWorks支持下,开发参数化设计软件,实现了螺旋转子三维实体模型的自动生成,有效地提高了设计质量与效率. The helical rotor is the core component of screw compressors. The expression uncertainty of rotor profiles brings about a lot of difficulties for its designing and manufacturing. In this paper, common NURBS expressions of the rotor profile and helical surface are set up, its parametric design method in three-dimensional CAD environment is expounded, and its parametric modeling procedure and implementation technology are analyzed in detail. An automatic 3D parametric modeling software for the helical rotor is also developed on the CAD platform SolidWorks, which can effectively enhance its design quality and efficiency.
