摘要
介绍了一种采用直线振荡电动机直接驱动的微型空气压缩机的新型结构和工作原理,建立了压缩机工作过程的数学模型,研究了压缩机电-磁-力之间的相互关系,分析了压缩机振动特性.结果表明:压缩机必须工作在速度共振区时能够最有效地吸收激振能量,效率最高.与传统旋转电动机驱动的空气压缩机相比,直线式空气压缩机具有突出的优点.
This article introduces a new-type structure and principle for a mini-type air compressor driven by linear oscillatory electromotor, establishes a mathematical model for its working process, discusses its reciprocal affiliation among electricity, magnet and force and analyzes the characteristics of its vibration performance. Results demonstrate that the air compressor, when working in a velocity-resonance scope, can absorb power effectively and have a high efficiency. Compared with traditional air compressors driven by a rotary motor, this new-type compressor has outstanding advantages.
