摘要
针对多齿重复截割、截槽非对称的实际截割条件,建立了非对称截槽的截割力学分析模型和数学模型,分析了截割深度与崩裂角的理论和实验关系,并提出了采煤机滚筒叶片截齿轴向倾斜布置的理论依据和倾斜角度的取值范围,为滚筒截割性能的分析,尤其对硬煤截割滚筒的截齿设计和截齿安装姿态参数诸如水平旋转角、切向安装角、轴向倾斜角的确定具有理论指导意义.
Aimed to the actual condition of pluridentate cut repeatedly and dissymmetrical slotting, made the analytical and mathematical model, analyzed the theory and experiment relation of the cutting depth to bursting angle, suggested the theoretical basis why the cutting pick incline arrangement alone the axis and the scope of the elevation angle, which guides the analysis of the drum cut character, in particular the designation to cutting pick and installment posture parameters such as horizontal rotate angle, tangential angle and axial elevation angle of the shearer drum to the hard coal cutting.
