甲型H_1N_1流感院前转运临床路径探讨

Discussion on clinical pathway of pre-hospital transition for type A influenza H_1N_1

目的探讨甲型H1N1流感院前转运临床路径。方法对我国首例甲型H1N1流感院前转运情况进行临床分析。结果该例患者来自疫区美国密西根州,乘飞机从口岸回国。院前转运顺利,医护人员未出现头晕、呕吐等晕车症状。患者住院7天痊愈出院。无院内感染及第2代患者的发生。结论运用该临床路径转运甲型H1N1流感病例是适当的、有顺序的,为所有相关的工作人员提供了一个"全景图",以明确在整个院前转运中各自的作用,值得在呼吸道烈性传染病院前转运中推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical pathway of pre-hospital transition for type A influenza H1N1. Methods Clinical analysis was made on pre-hospital transition of type A influenza H1N1 patient for the first case of China. Results The patient from Michigan,US,flew home from the port. The pre-hospital transition was smooth. The medical staffs did not have dizziness, vomiting and other symptoms of motion sickness. The patient recovered and discharged from hospital in seven days. There were no occurrence of nosocomial infection and no occurrence of second generation of patients. Conclusion To apply the clinical pathway of pre-hospital transition of type A influenza H1N1 patient for the first case of China is appropriate and in good order. It provides a ＂panorama＂ for all the relative staff, so as to make them understand the role of whole pre-hospital transition, which is worth promotion for all pre-hospital transition of potent respiratory diseases.
