摘要
目的探讨缺氧对肺动脉高压大鼠中介素(IMD)、肾上腺髓质素(ADM)及内皮素(ET)合成与分泌的影响。方法复制肺动脉高压大鼠模型,随机分成对照组和低氧1周、2周、3周组各6只。应用放射免疫法观察血浆IMD、ADM及ET水平的动态变化。结果缺氧大鼠血浆IMD、ADM及ET含量升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。除ADM外,低氧组间比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论EMD、ADM及ET参与了肺动脉高压的病理生理过程,其比例失衡可能是导致缺氧性肺动脉高压发生发展的因素之一。
Objective It is to approach the influence of hypoxia on the synthesis and secretion of Intermedin, adrenomedullin and Endothelin in rats with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Methods The models with pulmonary arterial hy- pertension of male Wistar rats were reproduced, and randomly divided into the control group and 1, 2 and 3 weeks hypoxia group. The levels of Intermedin, adrenomedullin and Endothelin in plasma were observed by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of Intermedin, adrenomedullin and Endothelin in plasma were improved in the hypoxia groups, there were significant difference compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05). Except the levels of adrenomedullin, there were no significant dif- ferences among the hypoxia groups. Conclusion Interrnedin, adrenomedullin and Endothelin may play important roles in mechanism of pulmonary arterial hypertension, disequilibrium of these factors have great effects on the development of pul- monary arterial hypertension.
