经颈前路减压植骨加内固定治疗颈椎病32例 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结经前路减压植骨加内固定治疗颈椎病治疗颈椎病的临床经验。方法回顾分析采用经前路减压植骨加内固定治疗颈椎病共32例的临床资料。结果全部病例随访6~36个月。植骨或钛网在6~12个月内获得骨融合术后恢复椎间高度,颈椎生理曲度维持良好,未发生并发症。脊髓型颈椎病脊髓功能改善率为90.3%,交感型及神经根型疗效优良率为91%。结论经前路减压植骨加内固定治疗颈椎病能获得术后即刻稳定性,钛网植骨融合效果满意。
