Eight technical innovation in molybdenum and rhenium industry was reviewed. They are POX molybdenite concentrates to technical molybdenum oxides, the fullerene MoS2 nanotubes, novel molybdenum metal powders, asymmetric MoDTC,^188 Re isotope generators, CoMo/Al2O2 and CoRe/SiO2 catalysts, ultrahigh strength corrosion steel and the MoO2 of oxidation of molybdenite concentrates by water vapor.
