摘要
总结了内热式回转窑焙烧钼精矿的发展及特点,品位、杂质、温度、空气量、停留时间、回转窑长径比、操作因素等对不同品质钼精矿焙烧脱硫的影响,以及采取的钠碱法焙烧烟气SO2治理措施,提出了适宜长径比、焙烧温度和焙烧时间。
The development and characteristics of calcinating molybdenum concentrates with internal heat rotary - kiln are summarized. The impacts of the quality, impurities, reaction temperature, time, air velocity and the ratio of long with diameter in rotary kiln on the process of roasting molybdenum concentrates with different grades to des- ulfurization are investigated. Meantime, the method to deal with the SO2 from the process with sodium alkali is also developed. The optimum of the ratio of long and diameter in rotary kiln, roasting time and temperation are proposed.
