摘要
在历史发展的不同时期,统治阶级为了既得利益,充分利用媒介营造与之相一致的消费氛围。从资本主义萌芽初期禁欲主义的盛行,到工业革命时期的倡导消费,再到"后工业社会"的时尚消费甚至"超前消费",媒介一直在起着推波助澜的作用。由媒介形态发展的整体状况来看,媒介的多元化不断解构和建构着大众的消费意识。在这个意义上,一部媒介发展史,也是一部大众消费史。媒介的整合和发展,正在不断地生产和刺激着人们的消费欲,并逐步改变着人们的消费观。
The media pattern has been changing and developing continually. In the 1830s, the "penny press" turned out to be popular. From then on, media always plays a vital part as a promoter, such as asceticism at the beginning of capitalism ages, encouraging consumption in middle ages, and even pushing consumption forward nowadays. From the overall development of media pattern, its diversification gradually has made a deconstruction and construction of the mass consumption consciousness. In this sense, media history is also a history of promoting mass consumption. The development and integration of media is producing and stimulating people's consuming desire and then changing their consuming notion.
