摘要
介绍了一种基于CAN总线的零件尺寸检测及质量控制系统,着重分析了CAN总线网络的构成以及质量检测数据的采集和处理方法。该系统基于分布式CAN总线网络,由节点采集数据,通过总线将数据上传给PC机,在PC机中进行数据跟踪、数据存储,并自动生成统计过程控制(SPC)分析。运行实践证明:该系统能够实现远距离零件质量数据的实时测量和统计分析,工作稳定可靠,提高了工厂的检测效率。
A kind of CAN bus-based detecting & its quality control system was presented. Emphasizing on the structure of CAN bus network, the way of collect and process the data was analyzed. This system is based on the distributed platform with CAN bus module, of which the data is collected by the node, and transmitted to PC for tracing the data and automatically making SPC analysis. The application indicates that this system can make real-time remote measurement, and give quality statistics analysis, it works stably and reliably, and improves the measuring efficiency.
