摘要
采用二状态模型,考虑了运动副元素接触表面的线弹性变形和阻尼,建立了存在磨损的隔膜泵曲柄滑块机构的动力学模型,并调用Matlab中的ode45对动力学模型进行数值仿真,得出移动副磨损对机构动态特性的影响,指出由于存在磨损,运动副元件会产生猛烈的冲击和碰撞。
In this paper, taking account of the elastic deformation and damper of mobile deputy element's contacted surface by two -state -model based on which the dynamic model of diaphragrn's slider- crank mechanism with wearing was established, then uses matlab's ode45 to numerical simulative, the influences of mobile deputy clearance on the dynamic characteristics of this system were investigated. It is found that because of joint clearance vice movement components will have strong impact and collision in the initial stage.
