摘要
为了适应先进制造技术的要求,使数控高速切削加工技术在我国得到更为广泛的应用,满足加工企业和加工人员的需要,研究了几种主要金属材料在数控高速切削加工中的表面质量,通过试验对不同金属在不同高速切削条件下获得的表面粗糙度进行了重点研究和分析,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。
In order to adapt to the requirements of advanced manufacturing technology and to enable high - speed cutting process having a wider range of applications for processing enterprises and the staff, the surface quality of several main metallic material is researched in high - speed NC cutting process. The surface roughness to several main metallic materials under different high - speed cutting process condition is analyzed, through test the result may provide reference for the following study.
