摘要
信息系统技术越来越复杂,本文研究在信息系统建设中如何保护用户方利益这个问题,提出了丙方监理的概念,并研究了其思想和方法.
Information technologies are becoming more and more complicated. This paper is mainly concerned with the problem of safeguarding user's benefit in the procedure of building systems. The idea and method of third-side project management in building information systems are putted forward.
