摘要
针对高压开关操动机构的动力学问题,通过Pro/E建立仿真模型,以Parasolid格式导入ADAMS/View,利用多体动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS,对断路器机构系统进行动态仿真建模与分析,为断路器设计和优化提供了良好的平台。分析结果表明,该高压断路器结构响应能满足设计要求,增大合闸弹簧刚度和超程弹簧刚度可以降低合闸时间和动触头弹跳量。
Aimed at mechanism's dynamics question of the high- voltage switch, through the Pro/E establishment simulation model, ADAMS/View is inducted by the parasolid foml using dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS, carrying on the dynamic simulation modelling and the analysis to the circuit breaker organization system, the good platform for the circuit breaker design and the optimization is provided. Analysis results show that the structural response of high voltage circuit breaker to meet design requirements, increasing the spring stiffness and ultra reclosing spring stiffness can reduce the switch on time and move the volume of contact bounce.
