摘要 提出平面凸轮机构模糊智能设计的原理和组成结构,研究凸轮机构模糊智能设计主框架、知识库和推理机等模块的设计原理,建立模糊综合评判模型,实现凸轮运动规律的优化选择。以Windows XP为操作平台,使用面向对象编程工具Visual C++6.0,编制了大量源程序实现了整个设计系统。通过列举算例,说明凸轮机构设计系统具有界面友好、使用方便、设计可靠的特点。 The principle and the structure of fuzzy intelligent design of planar disc cam mechanism is put forward and the theory of mainframe, knowledge base and reasoning machine are studied. Established fuzzy synthetical appraising model, and the choice of the law of follower motion has been applied with optimal design. With the tcol of Visual C + + 6.0, the structure is achieved through programming on the Windows XP platform. With an example explained the use of the structure which has friendly interface, conveniently operation, reliable design.
